Weapon Violation 
On Friday, April 3, 2020, at approximately 12:55PM, the Middleton Police Department received a report of a man with a gun threatening another individual in the 1200 block of North High Point Road. Middleton officers immediately responded to the area and were assisted by our neighboring law enforcement agencies.
Subsequent investigation revealed no individuals were in possession of, or had access to a firearm. In addition, no threats were made. An individual was arrested on a warrant unrelated to the initial call. There is no threat to the public.
