* WHAT...Heavy snow expected above 6000 feet. Snow amounts from 8 to 12 inches with isolated higher amounts possible. Southerly winds gusting as high as 55 mph, including through the Grapevine along Interstate 5, as well as over exposed ridgetops.
* WHERE...Southern Tulare County and Kern County portions of the Southern Sierra Nevada, including near Lake Isabella, and mountain areas southward to Fort Tejon.
* WHEN...From 5 PM Sunday to 11 PM PDT Monday.
* IMPACTS...Travel could be very difficult to impossible. The hazardous conditions could impact the morning or evening commute. Gusty winds could bring down tree branches.
* AFFECTED AREAS: FORT TEJON ... LAKE ISABELLA ... TEHACHAPI AREA
