Small structure fire on Overhill 
On Saturday, April 4th at approximately 8:36pm, Mill Valley Fire and Police were dispatched to the area of Overhill and Camino Alto for a report of a structure fire. Police units arrived on scene and evacuated two residences as the fire department arrived to begin extinguishing an exterior shed. No one was injured. All residents eventually returned to their homes. MVFD and Southern Marin Fire did an excellent job in quickly preventing the spread of the fire. The cause of the fire appeared to be related to combustion due to varnish and staining paint.
