City of Farmington Freedom Road Construction
It is anticipated that construction of milling and repaving Freedom Road will begin on Monday, April 20th (weather permitting). The limits of this project are broken into two separate sections along Freedom Road. The first section extends from a point near the M-5 exit ramp to a point between Tree Hill Blvd. and Hillview Ct. The second section extends from Gill Rd. to a point just past Maple Ave. However, the Farmington Rd. and Freedom Rd. intersection is not included in the project.
Driveway access to all residences and businesses will be maintained throughout the duration of the project. Freedom Road will be open to only west-bound traffic throughout the duration of the project. It is anticipated that the project will be completed by the end of September, 2020 (weather permitting).
