4PM Today, SOUND OFF MONROE, stay at home, stay 6' apart and show your appreciation for essential workers 
At 4pm today, go outside your house and make some noise! Celebrate those essential workers who live and work in our community! Show us your MONROE pride and spirit! If you want to share your celebration, please send your photos or videos to [email protected].
Here's the rules:
1. Stay away 6' from your neighbors!
2. Don't gather in groups!!
3. Be as loud and proud as you want to be between 4:00-4:15pm
4. No fireworks, they scare our dogs.
5. SING!!!Let's see some dance moves, too.
6. Staying home means staying well....we are all in this together and better days are ahead!
