Flooding in Chula Vista 
Please be advised that Caltrans has closed the north bound ramp to the I-805 at Bonita Road and E Street in Chula Vista due to flooding. Currently, there is no estimated time of reopening the ramp.
Chula Vista Public Works crews are assisting Caltrans. They are also responding to a portion of Otay Lakes at Camino Elevado for a landslide expected to be cleared shortly. In addition, portions of E Street near the Old Bonita Store and Good Shepherd Church are closed due to flooding.
Motorists are advised to not drive through flooded areas. As a reminder, if your wipers are on, your headlights must be on.
