...The Flood Warning continues for the following rivers in Virginia.. Clinch River Near Richlands affecting Tazewell County The Clinch River at Richlands gage has crested within the past few hours at 12.75 feet, about 1.5 feet lower than the flooding in early February. The river will continue to fall rapidly and will be below the flood stage of 10 feet sometime this evening. the Flood Warning continues for the Clinch River Near Richlands.

* at 02PM Monday the stage was 12.0 feet.
* Flood stage is 10.0 feet.
* The river will continue to fall to below flood stage by early this evening.
* Impact...at 12.0 feet...Flooding affects several low-lying roads downstream near Raven.
* Flood history...this crest compares to a previous crest of 11.0 feet on Feb 11 2018.
