Jonesboro Citizens,
It's with my Faith and Hope each Jonesboro Resident had a Joyful Easter. such a different Easter to all, as we heard God's Word, and were able to rejoice.
It was a wonderful day, even if we were forced to miss our Family Togetherness.
Yet what a Day it was, that with the help of Police, Fire, City Leaders, and the Easter Bunny. We paraded throughout Jonesboro celebrating our unity as a community.
I saw the smiles on the faces of the Children, Parents, and Elder Citizens alike.
I was excited and pleased that almost everyone we saw were practicing Social Distancing, and wearing Masks.
I want to thank all those who made this Celebration possible.
God doesn't let his Children endure Hardship Alone, and I place my Trust in Him.
