Road Closed: 10th Avenue E Lincoln to Fillmore closed to thru traffic for construction until July. 
10th Avenue E Lincoln to Fillmore will be closed to thru traffic for construction from April 15 to July 15. Crews will be working on the north side of the road and occasionally in the roadway to construction curb, gutter and a shared use pathway.
Local access to residences and emergency access will be maintained at all times.
Avoid construction by using 8th Avenue E.
