Recycling Center Temporary opening 
The Essex Fells Recycling facility will be opened temporarily for eligible residents on Saturday, April 18th and Monday, April 20th, in each case from 7:30am to 12:30pm. Residents holding recycling facility placards numbered 001 through 450 may use the Recycling Facility on Saturday. Residents holding placards 451 through 800 may use the Facility on Monday. Please consult the Borough website for details on the modified procedures that apply. Thank you.
