* IMPACTS...Frost and freeze conditions will kill crops, other sensitive vegetation and possibly damage unprotected outdoor plumbing.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Most of the region will experience sub- freezing temperatures Saturday morning as a cold modified Canadian air mass settles in. Areas immediately south of Lake of the Ozarks, Truman Lake, and Stockton Lake may stay at or above freezing.
