Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, changes have been made to Prairieland Disposal’s bulk item collection policy. Effective April 20^th, 2020, Prairieland Disposal will resume pickup of bulk items at the curb; however, all bulk items outside of the containers will need to be bagged or wrapped in plastic to ensure the driver’s safety.  For example, mattresses, couches, chairs, carpeting, extra household trash, cardboard, etc. will need to be bagged or wrapped in plastic and put at the curb on your regular refuse pickup day.  Bathroom fixtures (including toilets) will also need to be bagged or wrapped in plastic.
