April 15, 2020 5:14am - Officer Napier arrest Robert Troy Ridings (64) possession controlled substance (meth) 
April 15, 2020 at approximately 5:14am Officer Napier noticed a vehicle which had been sitting in the entrance/exit of the Rudy's parking lot for some time. He approached the vehicle and found the driver was asleep. Subsequent to contact, Officer Napier located approximately 28 grams of methamphetamines, a crossbow, large knife, BB guns (resembling real firearms), and $635.00 in cash.
The retail street value of the methamphetamines is estimated to be approximately $2,800.00.
Robert Troy Ridings (64 years old) of Palestine, Texas was arrested and charged with felony possession of a controlled substance (methamphetamines).
