Please be advised that any hardscaping project you do for residents in the borough of Fair Haven, require an approved Zoning Permit Application before work can begin.  Any violation of this ordinance will undoubtedly cause you and your clients undue hardship and cost.  Violations to our ordinances may include:

Failure to file a Zoning Permit Application prior to commencing work.
Potential Lot Coverage violations which could result in the removal of the work, and/or applying for variance relief with the Zoning Board of Adjustment (which is not guaranteed).
 
So please do yourselves and your clients a favor, should they be interested in hiring you for a hardscaping project, ask them for a copy of an approved Zoning Permit, before you start any work.
 
The Zoning Office is always happy to assist residents in completing the application.
