Lindenwold man arrested for intentionally striking police vehicles

Lindenwold man arrested after intentionally striking police vehicles.
At about 06:40am on Wednesday April 22nd Lindenwold Officers observed a vehicle intentionally strike an unmarked police vehicle in the parking lot of police headquarters located at 2001 Egg Harbor Rd. Officers moved to the crash scene to investigate. The driver then intentionally struck an occupied patrol vehicle disabling both vehicles. After a brief struggle, the driver was placed into police custody. One officer sustained a minor arm injury during the incident.
The driver was identified as Henry Urban (age 56) from the 200 block of State Avenue and was charged with the following offenses:
• Aggravated Assault on a Police Officer
• Defiant Trespassing
• Resisting Arrest
• Obstructing Administration of Law
• Criminal Mischief (2 counts)
• Violation of Executive Order 107
The defendant was released from custody with a Summons to appear in Court.
All persons charged with offenses are presumed innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
