At approximately 1:00 p.m., a patrol deputy from the Camarillo station observed a suspicious vehicle in the area of 4400 Naval Air Road in the unincorporated area of Camarillo.  The deputy observed a traffic violation and conducted an enforcement stop on the vehicle.  A records check revealed the driver, Felipe Lazcano had misdemeanor warrants for his arrest.
