A 68 year-old man who was last seen on the 3600 block of East 58th Street, Maywood on Sunday, April 19, 2020. Mr. Delgado was located at a local hospital.  He is in good condition.
We would like to thank the community for their efforts in helping locate Mr. Delgado.

**ORIGINAL PRESS RELEASE**
Los Angeles County Sheriff’s Department Missing Persons Unit investigators are asking for the public’s help locating At-Risk Missing Person Juan De La Rosa Delgado. He is a 68 year-old male Hispanic who was last seen Sunday, April 19, 2020, at approximately 6:00 p.m., at his residence on the 3600 block of East 58th Street, Maywood.   
  
Juan is 5’06” tall, 190lbs, bald, brown eyes and a mustache. He was last seen wearing a dark hat, blue long-sleeve shirt, black jacket, and dark gray jeans.

Mr. Delgado suffers from advanced Alzheimer's disease requiring medication and is unable to communicate. His loved ones have not seen or heard from him and are concerned for his well being.
