An Oxnard man was arrested for burglary after an investigation revealed he was responsible for numerous burglaries in Ventura County. 
 
On the morning of April 21st, Camarillo deputies responded to the 1300 block of Del Norte Road in Camarillo reference a reported burglary.  The location was under construction and numerous tools and equipment belonging to various contractors were left at the scene.  The suspect forced entry into the business and then through a section of drywall before stealing close to $10,000 worth of construction equipment. 
 
Sheriff’s resources, including Camarillo Patrol Services, Camarillo Investigations Bureau, and the Sheriff’s Narcotics Unit conducted an investigation and were quickly able to confirm the identity of the suspect as Juan Arceo. 
 
Detectives located Arceo and detained him pursuant to a search warrant.  Detectives served the search warrant at Arceo’s residence the same day.  Detectives located evidence linking Arceo to the commercial burglary, including stolen property, burglary tools, and narcotics.   
 
Victims from the Del Norte Boulevard burglary were contacted and their stolen property was returned to them.  Further investigation revealed Arceo was in possession of stolen property from other burglaries in Ventura County.
 
Arceo was arrested for burglary, possession of burglary tools, possession of stolen property, and conspiracy.  He was booked at the Pre-Trial Detention Facility.
