TRESPASSING ISSUE 
Since April 6th, 16 teenagers and young adults have been charged for trespassing at the Old Carriage House building on the Freeman Estate between North Cornwall Road and Freeman Drive. This building is private property, surrounded by a fence. Anyone apprehended climbing over the fence will be charged with trespassing.
