Noblesville, IN – On April 30, 2020 at approximately 4:46 p.m., police officers from the Noblesville Police Department (NPD) responded to the area of 17177 Mercantile Boulevard (Noblesville) in reference to a report of an illegal drug transaction that had just taken place.

Based on information provided by the caller, it was reported that the alleged transaction took place in the Meijer parking lot and involved a silver/green 2003 Honda Element. NPD officers arrived on the scene shortly after the dispatched call and located the vehicle in question along with two (2) adult occupants. Based on initial observation and conversation with the occupants, officers placed a male and female in custody without incident on the suspension of drug-related offenses. Members of the department’s Problem Oriented Policing (POP) unit were called to assist with the investigation. Officers conducted a subsequent search of a residence located at 15944 Tenor Way (Noblesville) where additional alleged drug-related items were located and seized.

Based on the information collected as a result of this investigation, preliminary charges have been filed. The male and female subjects in the case were booked at the Hamilton County Jail on the following preliminary charges:
