Residents of Plainfield Township

Please reference the below message from the West Bangor Memorial Association:

Out of concern for the health and safety of the members of the community, the program's participants, and to conform to the State Guidelines for public gatherings during the COVID-19 Pandemic,  the West Bangor Memorial Association has cancelled the 73rd Annual Memorial Day Services scheduled for Monday, May 25, 2020, at the Memorial Site on Second Street in West Bangor.  The Association wishes to thank the Plainfield Township Supervisors for their continued support, the program participants, and those from the community who attend the services.  It is anticipated that this tradition of honoring our fallen Veterans will resume on Memorial Day of 2021.
