MISSING ADULT AT RISK
Elaine Youngigie is 67 years old, 5’09”, 150 lbs, black hair, brown eyes. She was last seen wearing a black jacket, black leggings and an unknown color scarf. Elaine has dementia.
She was last seen on May 5th, around 4 PM in the area of Belhaven Street in Hayward. She was reported missing on May 5th, at 9:49 PM.
