Effective Friday, May 8, 2020, the Hartley Avenue Recycling Center will reopen for Palmer Township residents only.   Because of the recent facility closure, due to the COVID-19 Pandemic, we are opening the facility seven days a week, at this time.  Hours of operation are as follows:  Monday through Friday – 8 a.m. To 4 p.m., Saturday – 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. and Sunday – Noon to 4 p.m.
