On May 7, 2020 at 12:07 pm, officers with the Forest City Police Department conducted a felony vehicle stop on a black Nissan Altima operated by Andrew Robert Holloway.  The incident occurred after a short vehicle chase in the area of Dogwood Ln. and Mountain View St.  Mr. Holloway was arrested after finally exiting the vehicle.  He was placed in the back of a patrol vehicle to wait for medical personnel to check a small cut on his hand. Mr. Holloway was then transported to the magistrate/jail and charged with possession with intent to manufacture/sell/deliver cocaine,  possession with intent to manufacture/sell/deliver marijuana, reckless driving to endanger, driving while license revoked, fail to stop for light/siren, flee to elude arrest, and resisting a public officer.  Mr. Holloway received a $40,000 secured bond.
