City of Muskegon Beach Parking. 
Paid parking for Pere Marquette, Margaret Drake Elliott, Kruse and Harbour Towne parks. All City of Muskegon residents park FREE with the proper pass. Seasonal Recreational passes for non-residents can be purchased at beach kiosks (once installed) or by calling the Treasurer's Office at 231-724-6720 and paying over the phone.
