Because of social distancing standards that are currently in place, the Kern County Sheriff's Office is unable to have our traditional Peace Officer Memorial Ceremony this year. Our memorial, located at 1350 Norris Road in Bakersfield, will be open to the public if they wish to visit to pay their respects to the members of the Kern County Sheriff's Office who have paid the ultimate sacrifice in service to their community. It is our honor to present this video in lieu of our traditional ceremony.
