**Juvenile has been located** Folsom Police are actively searching for a missing juvenile in the area of Willow Creek and Blue Ravine. Juvenile is Ryan, white male juvenile, 13 years old, 5-7, 170lbs, Juvenile was last seen wearing a black sweatshirt with a hood and has a white logo or animal on it, athletic style dark blu or black shorts, nike shoes with with red nike symbol. Juvenile was possibly enroute to target at 130pm but has not been seen since. Juvenile is believed to be on foot. He is at risk due to his age.
