Updated statewide Resilience Roadmap released, allowing additional categories of services to reopen
Governor Newsom continues to control the reopening of businesses as the State moves through the statewide Resilience Roadmap. The Governor has recently allowed additional services, which are described below:
• Curb-side Retail – Effective May 8th
• Manufacturers – Effective May 8th
• Logistics – May 8th
• Childcare for those outside of the essential workforce –
Effective May 12th
• Office-based businesses (telework strongly encouraged)
– Effective May 12th
• Select services: car washes, pet grooming, laundry, and
landscape gardening – Effective May 12th
• Outdoor museums, and open gallery spaces and other
public spaces with modifications Effective May 12th
