The City of Saratoga Springs has been planning for a Phase 1 Reopening once the Capital Region meets the 7 requirements set forth by the Governor. The attached document provides the appropriate websites that outline the opening requirements for businesses and future Phases going forward. The City will continue to update it's own website as more information becomes available.
