On May 14, 2020 James Dennis, a 63 year old Harper Woods resident, was arraigned in 32-A District Court in front of the Honorable Daniel S. Palmer. Dennis was charged with (4) counts of Child Sexually Abusive Material Possession and (4) counts of Using a Computer to Commit a Crime.
Dennis has a Preliminary Examination scheduled for June 03, 2020 at 1:30 p.m. in 32-A District Court. Dennis was given a $100,000.00 personal bond and ordered not to have contact with minor children and not to utilize the internet except for work purposes.
