Deputies arrested Jackie Rampenthal for felony child endangerment

INCIDENT: PC 273(a) - Felony Child Endangerment
LOCATION: 7300 Block of Lillian Lane
SUSPECT: Jackie Rampenthal, 32-years-old, resident of Highland
VICTIM: Confidential – 14-year-old female
SUMMARY:
On Wednesday, May 13, 2020, at 10:34 p.m., the victim, a 14 year old female, engaged in a argument with Jackie Rampenthal. During the argument, Rampenthal assaulted the victim. The victim was transported to Loma Linda University Medical Center as a precaution and did not require hospitalization. Rampenthal was contacted at her residence and arrested for felony child endangerment.
Following the arrest of Rampenthal, Child and Family Services responded to the incident location and removed four children from Rampenthal's custody.
In compliance with the statewide Emergency Bail Schedule, bail for most misdemeanor and felony offenses must be set at $0. Because of this criteria, Rampenthal was booked into the Central Detention Center and released from custody following the booking process. View a message from Sheriff
