Manteca Police are currently on scene of a traffic collision at Lathrop Rd. west of Crestwood Av., please use alternate routes when traveling through the area. Westbound traffic on Lathrop Rd., as well as Southbound Hwy 99 off ramp traffic, is being diverted south on Crestwood or east on Lathrop. Thank you
