Flood Watch 
A flash flood watch is in effect from 8 PM this evening through Thursday morning. Periods of heavy rain will cause flood prone areas to be subject to flooding. Do NOT cross flooded roads and do not travel unless necessary. Remember, when roads are flooded, turn around, don't drown.
