Flood Warning in effect until 11:15am today 
The National Weather Service has issued a FLOOD WARNING for Franklin County until 11:15 am today May 19, 2020.
At 8:11 am today local law enforcement reported flooding is occurring in portions of Franklin County. 2-3 inches of rain has fallen. Radar indicated the heavy rainfall has ended across the area. However, runoff from the earlier excessive rain will cause flooding to continue to occur.
Instructions:
Do not drive through flooded areas.
