Essex Fell Recycling Center 
The Essex Fells Recycling facility will be opened temporarily for eligible residents on Friday, May 22nd and Saturday, May 23rd, in each case from 7:30am to 12:30pm. Residents holding recycling facility placards numbered 001 through 450 may use the Recycling Facility on Friday. Residents holding placards 451 through 800 may use the Facility on Saturday. Please consult the Borough website for details on the modified procedures that apply. Thank you.
