McHenry Police Department advises you to AVOID the West bound lane of John St. due to oil on the roadway. Front St.(IL Rt. 31) is not affected and this should not affect morning traffic.
Sand has been put down to absorb the oil, but westbound John st. between Center and Front is currently impassible.
Please find and alternate route.
