On 05-25-2020 at 1:31pm, Vigo County Sheriff’s Deputies responded to a motor vehicle vs lawnmower crash on St Rd 46 just north of Riley. The investigation revealed that a Dodge pickup driven by Dakota Bluck of Terre Haute, was southbound on St Rd 46. Dakota reported that due to a mechanical malfunction, he lost control of the truck, and went off of the roadway. The truck struck a utility pole, and then struck a lawnmower being operated by Mark Clinkenbeard of Terre Haute. Mark was thrown from the lawnmower upon impact. Mark was flown from the scene to an Indianapolis hospital by Lifeline Helicopter for treatment. Mark is reported to be in stable condition at this time.
