A DTE power outage continues in the City. Crews are working to address the problem as we speak. Estimated service restoration is 9:30pm this evening. DTE staff will be at the RARE Recreation Center, 18185 Sycamore Street to distribute ice, contact fee from coolers, beginning at 7pm
