FCPD Officers seek the identity of a suspect involved in a scam 
The Forest City Police Department is seeking information as to the identity of a suspect who conducted a ‘Short Change’ scam at Wal-Mart on May 18, 2020 just before 4:00 pm. The suspect conducted a transaction, then repeatedly asked for change. He eventually defrauded the cashier of several hundred dollars.
