City of Santa Barbara to Resume Citywide Timed-Parking Enforcement June 1 
As the City of Santa Barbara moves to re-open according to the phased approach directed by Santa Barbara County and State Public Health Orders, City Parking Enforcement will begin actively enforcing all timed-parking zones effective June 1, 2020. City Parking Enforcement will issue warnings until the first-of-the-month enforcement date.
Parking regulations involving City Street Sweeping will to phased-in at a later date. Downtown City Parking Lots will still offer parking free of charge.
