Flooding Expected Over Area Bridges 
The rising waters are expected to flood the Merrywood and Byars Bridges within the hour. Grandview Fire Department and Grandview Public Works are monitoring the bridges and will soon be putting up barricades. Grandview Fire Department is not requiring evacuations at this time, but the bridges will soon be impassable. Once the rain stops, the water is expected to recede quickly.
