SFPD advises you to AVOID the 800-11000 block of Arroyo Street today between the hours of 4:00 pm and 6:30 pm due to anticipated traffic congestion.
A planned vehicle graduation at Cesar Chavez Learning Academy will cause significant traffic backups and other issues and you are encouraged to avoid the area during these hours of 4:00pm and 6:30pm today.
