Detectives and deputies conducted a sex offender compliance operation in San Bernardino, Grand Terrace and Loma Linda

INCIDENT: Sex Registrant Compliance Operation
LOCATION: Grand Terrace, Loma Linda, San Bernardino
SUMMARY:
On Thursday, May 28, 2020, at approximately 8:00 a.m., detectives and deputies from the Sheriff's Central Station conducted a sex offender compliance operation in the cities of San Bernardino, Grand Terrace and Loma Linda. The purpose of the operation was to contact sex registrants no longer in compliance with the requirements of California Penal Code Section 290. As a result, seventeen criminal complaints will be submitted to the San Bernardino County District Attorney's Office for prosecution.
