* At 12:30 PM Friday the stage was 28.9 feet.
* Flood stage is 26.0 feet.
* Minor flooding is occurring and Moderate flooding is forecast.
* Forecast...The river will continue rising to near 30.1 feet by Saturday evening. The river will fall below flood stage Monday morning.
* At 29.0 feet...Backwater from the Platte River floods Highway KK along the Little Platte River at the location 0.2 miles east of Highway B.
* At 26.0 feet...Low-lying rural land along the river begins to flood.
* AFFECTED AREAS: PLATTE, MO
