Cloverdale community message

The Cloverdale community of residents and business owners have done their part to protect the health and safety of the community in response to the current COVID-19 emergency. Great job Cloverdale! While it has not been easy and the City and its residents have made a number of sacrifices, it is vital that we continue to be diligent in our response to the health crisis.

The City of Cloverdale continues to coordinate with our Federal and State representatives, the County Board of Supervisors, Supervisor Gore and our City partners to address the crisis and position the City of Cloverdale Ca to successfully navigate the health crisis. There are differing opinions on how best to move forward in this difficult space in light of the many unknowns that continue to contribute to the spread of COVID-19 in Sonoma County. The City remains dedicated to continuing to track the best available health and epidemiological data and work closely with Sonoma County and our neighboring cities on developing solutions and best practices to ensure the safety of our residents and business community.

The City is committed to continuing to uphold the State and County Shelter in Place Orders to avoid any upticks or resurgence including the implementing orders and associated Isolation and Quarantine requirements for residents and family members diagnosed with COVID-19. Cloverdale City Councilmembers will continue to collaborate with key organizations including our Cloverdale Chamber of Commerce, Cloverdale Senior Center and Citrus Fair to address the important needs of all of our residents and business community as part of the ongoing response process to COVID-19. Likewise, the Cloverdale Police Department will maintain its current approach of community policing to support outreach and education as the key tool to ensure our community stays safe and healthy.

More than ever, it is important to support your fellow neighbors and business community. Together Cloverdale will get through the current challenge!
