On 05/28/2020, the Sheriff’s Gang Unit concluded an investigation into the illegal firearm possession of a convicted felon, Santa Paula gang member Glen Dominguez. The Sheriff’s Gang Unit served a search warrant at Dominguez’s residence in the 1100 block of Ventura Street in the City of Santa Paula. During the warrant service, Deputies’ located two illegal firearms and numerous rounds of ammunition associated to the two illegal firearms. In 2015, Dominguez was convicted in Ventura County Superior Court for a 2014 criminal case for unlawful possession of a firearm, possession of ammunition by a convicted felon, and dissuading a witness from testifying. Dominguez was arrested and booked at the Ventura County Main Jail for firearm and gang related offenses. His bail was set at $500,000. Dominguez’s next scheduled court appearance is set for June 1st, 2020.
