The University Park Police Department is actively monitoring all updates on disturbances and the status of the criminal activities taking place in the surrounding communities.  We have extra units on patrol to address any situation that may arise.  We want our residents to feel confident that we are here for the safety of the entire community during this unfortunate unrest.  We are recommending that our residents stay inside unless truly necessary to leave home.  We will keep you informed of any significant developments regarding your safety or if a curfew is imposed.
