Curfew Message from Mayor Trilla
Due to the violence that is occurring in conjunction with the protests in nearby municipalities, I am issuing an executive order for an early curfew for residents of Willowbrook.
 
In an effort to keep everyone safe from the threat of violence in our neighborhood, I am asking that all residents stay in their homes between the hours of 8pm tonight and 6am tomorrow morning.
 
Our first responders are keeping up to date on the situation and it is possible that this curfew may be extended if the threat of violence still exists.  Please check our Village website www.willowbrookil.org or our Facebook page for further information.
 
Please understand that this curfew is being implemented with the sole purpose of keeping our residents safe from harm.  I would also like to add that the theft and destruction that are occurring under the guise of a peaceful protest are completely unacceptable.  The violence must come to an end.
