Curfew for LA County which includes The City of Gardena

To ensure the safety of citizens, visitors, and law enforcement personnel in LA County, the LA County Board of Supervisors is imposing an overnight curfew for all of LA County starting tonight Sunday, May 31st at 6 PM until 6 AM on Monday, June 1st. This includes the City of Gardena.

No person, except those listed below, shall be upon a public street, avenue, boulevard, place, walkway, alley, park, or any public area or unimproved private realty within the County between 6 PM to 6 AM of the following day.

This order shall not apply to peace officers, firefighters, and National Guard or other military personnel deployed to the area, individuals traveling to and from work, people experiencing homelessness and without access to a viable shelter, and individuals seeking medical treatment.

Any violation of this Order is a misdemeanor. This curfew may be extended each day. We will update you as soon as possible.
