MOSES LAKE, Wash. (02JUN2020) A single vehicle rollover crash early Sunday morning on Patton Boulevard near Moses Lake claimed the life of a Moses Lake man. He has been identified as 46-year-old Christopher L. Boyd, of Moses Lake. His family has been notified.

Grant County Patrol Deputies responded to numerous reports of a single-vehicle rollover on Patton Blvd, just north of Hwy 17 near Moses Lake. Boyd was driving a 1996 Jeep Grand Cherokee south on Patton Blvd, towards HWY 17 when it crossed northbound lanes and went off the east side shoulder of the roadway, rolling and coming to rest. Boyd was able to get out of the vehicle and went to a nearby residence where he collapsed. Law enforcement and EMS responders attempted life saving measures but were unsuccessful.

While the accident remains under investigation by Grant County Traffic Unit, it was determined that Boyd was wearing his seatbelt during the time of the collision.
